12DThese terms govern use of the free 12D Score tool and purchases of 12D Blueprint, 12D Pulse and 12D Radar, all provided by Crown Ventures (sole proprietor: Sauradeep Das), Faridabad, Haryana, India, trading as 12D. Using the Score tool or buying any of these products means you agree to these terms.
1. The 12D Score tool
- Free to use. A URL you submit is scored against David Aaker's brand identity model and the result shown to you; there is no obligation to buy anything
- Provided as-is: the score, findings and fixes are automated and machine-assisted assessments, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Decisions you make based on them are your own
- Only score a URL you're authorised to have assessed. Only publicly available pages are fetched, never anything behind a login
- The full breakdown behind your score — every dimension's findings, the full technical checklist, and what each AI source said — is shown once you verify an email address with a one-time code, which requires agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. A separate, optional tick lets you receive occasional updates from 12D — it's never required, and withdrawing it later (see our Privacy Policy) never removes access to a report you've already unlocked. Once verified, your browser stays unlocked for that site for 30 days; a cleared cookie means verifying again
- If a site has already been scored successfully in the last 15 days, submitting it again shows you that same result instantly rather than running a new one. A fresh score becomes available 15 days after the last one, or after 24 hours if the previous attempt failed or the site couldn't be read
- We may pause, change or discontinue the tool at any time, including rate-limiting or queuing requests at busy times
2. 12D Blueprint, 12D Pulse and 12D Radar
- Checkout is by Razorpay — Indian cards, UPI and netbanking only; international cards are not accepted. Razorpay processes the payment; Crown Ventures is the seller — see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds
- Before you pay, we show you exactly what your GST invoice will say — your name, GSTIN (if any), address, state, tax split and total — and you confirm those details are correct. Once an invoice is issued, it can't be edited; a correction is handled as a credit note, not a change to the original document
- 12D Blueprint is a single automated report generated for the site and URL you provide at checkout, delivered by email; it is not custom professional work and not a guarantee of any particular outcome or score
- 12D Pulse and 12D Radar are monthly subscriptions that continue until you cancel; features and limits (re-score frequency, competitors tracked, Recall sources checked) are described on Plans and may be adjusted for products not yet launched
- On payment, you may use the content of your own Blueprint or re-score reports on your own site however you like; our underlying tools, prompts and methods remain ours
3. Your responsibilities
- Only submit a URL for a site you own or are authorised to have assessed
- Confirm you have the right to use any material generated for you on your own site
- Any changes suggested by a report are yours to check over before publishing; they are prepared with care but are not legal or professional advice
4. Data protection
Crown Ventures is registered with the UK ICO (ZC157425). Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.
5. Liability
- We work to a reasonable-endeavours standard; we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue or any specific score
- AI tools are used to produce scores, findings and Blueprint content; you check over and approve any changes before publishing them
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
6. Governing law
If you were charged in GBP, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you were charged in INR, these terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
