12DThis policy covers the three paid products sold on this site — 12D Blueprint, 12D Pulse and 12D Radar (see Plans). You choose how to pay at checkout, Paddle or Razorpay — same product, same price either way — and who you're actually buying from depends on which one you pick; see below.
1. Paddle or Razorpay, depending on your checkout choice
If you check out through Paddle, Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for that purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing and tax, and its own buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle.
If you check out through Razorpay, Razorpay is only a payment processor, not merchant of record — Crown Ventures (trading as 12 Dimensions) is the seller of that purchase and issues its own GST tax invoice for it. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay, initiated by us on request.
2. 12D Blueprint (one-off purchase)
Delivered by email, usually within the hour. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, email reach@12dimensions.co for a full refund — this includes if generation fails twice, which counts as not delivered. Once delivered (the HTML report and PDF emailed to you), the purchase is final, since the product is a completed piece of work specific to your site.
3. 12D Pulse and 12D Radar (subscriptions)
12D Pulse and 12D Radar are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial-month refunds for time already paid for. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not remove anything you have already received that month.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email reach@12dimensions.co with the email address you purchased with. We aim to respond within one business day. If you checked out through Paddle, you can also request a refund directly through Paddle's own order support at paddle.net, using the receipt emailed to you at checkout. If you checked out through Razorpay, there is no separate self-service portal — email us and we'll issue the refund back to your original payment method via Razorpay directly.
