Is the score really free?
Yes. The full score, on screen, every time, with no sign-up. An email is only needed if you want the report sent to you.
How long does it take?
About 60 seconds. The public pages of the site you give are fetched and scored live.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Paste a URL and get your score. An email is only needed to receive the report by email.
What does 12D Blueprint include?
A rewritten first-screen sentence, a fee-guide layout, ready-to-paste schema markup, an exact page title and meta description, three testimonial-request messages, and an ordered to-do list — all generated automatically from your site's own text and facts.
What's the difference between Pulse and Radar?
Pulse re-scores monthly and tracks three competitors. Radar re-scores weekly (plus on demand), tracks five competitors with same-hour alerts, checks all four Recall sources every week, and includes one full Blueprint per quarter across up to three sites.
Is Blueprint a subscription?
No — a single one-off payment for one report. Delivered by email, usually within the hour. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, email reach@12dimensions.co for a full refund.
Can I cancel Pulse or Radar?
Yes, any time, from a link in every email. See the refund policy for what happens to the current billing period.
What "AI says about you" actually mean?
Perplexity and OpenAI are asked directly whether they've heard of your business and would recommend you for your trade in your city. It's reported honestly and never changes your score — it measures what the world already knows, not how your site is built.
Will using AI to write my own site hurt my score?
No. Only what's actually on the page is scored against the twelve dimensions — never how, or by whom, the text was written.
Is scoring my site safe for it?
Yes. Only public pages are read, identifying honestly to your server — nothing is ever submitted, logged into, or written to your site.
What if my site needs a login?
Only public pages can be scored. Anything behind a login isn't read or scored.
Do you keep a copy of my site?
The score result and the evidence it's based on are kept, not a full copy of your pages, and both are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Can I unsubscribe from emails?
Yes, with one click, from the link at the bottom of every email.
